Happy Easter from Saltwater Wellness.

We will be closed for Cocoon Pod sessions this week so our staff can spend time with their families. Massage Therapy apts will go ahead as booked.

Good morning! We are happy to announce that we now have another RMT joining our team here at Saltwater Wellness! Lisa from Love Your Health Massage Therapy Clinic in Corner Brook will be coming to PAB to help better support our community. Lisa is planning on coming to PAB on a monthly basis to help with our waitlist.

If you would like to book in with Lisa this weekend (March 27, 28 or 29th) please message me here. I will start calling people today to fill her appointments.

We will also be opening the pod this weekend during theses times. Online booking is available but you can also message here and we will call you for this weekend. Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Hoping for some positive feedback. Priority will be given to my current waitlist.

Love the feedback we have been getting with the monthly memberships and price changes for the pod. I would also pleased to say that people are reporting some positive changes in their arthritis pain and skin conditions.

We are starting to book up quickly for the late afternoon and evening openings. If you are looking for certain apt timings I would recommend booking early. We still have lots of openings for those spontaneous apts as well. :) Self care is so important.

Whats ya doing next week? How about taking time for your self in the Cocoon Wellness Pod! We now offer MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS!

For the whole Month of Feb you can come get in the pod as much as you want (open hours of course.... we love you but not sure we can get enough keys for the building)

Purchase the monthly membership (cost of 4 session) and you can come as much as you would like for that month. Only thing is you have to book your sessions, so I don't have to hire a body guard for Vanessa. :) Book on line or by calling (709) 996 1004.

Please note that Massage Therapy sessions can only be booked by calling our Receptionist at (709) 994-1004. We are currently unable to accept online bookings for massage due to the high demand and we need to prioritize our clients, based on their needs.

New pricing and memberships for 2026.

New Year... New You.... New prices at Saltwater Wellness... and MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS

Hello friends. We are please to announce that we will be dropping our prices for the Cocoon Wellness/Fitness pod for 2026!! I know right!!! Due to the prices of everything going up, we want to ensure our clients are still able to reap the benefits of the pod.

We are also still listening to the results of the Wellness Survey that was done in December. Many people feel that you need to get in a lot to get all the benefits of the light therapy. So, we are pleased to announce that we are now offering MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS! What that means, you can purchase a month membership and come as many times as you want within that month! So if you want to come every day, you can!!!!! But there is a catch, we still need people to book ahead (call or online) so we can still maintain our service with a smile. Walk in's can be permitted but bookings are our priority! You can book online/call now for February sessions. :)

Please note; We can not transfer monthly memberships or sessions between plans.
