We’re just 4 days away from our new virtual Skills for Recovery Group: Body Kindness – Turning Down the Volume on Body Image Distress

This 5-week group begins November 17 at 7 p.m. (Atlantic) on Zoom.

Together, we’ll explore:
✨ What body image is and where it comes from
✨ How our identity and background shape how we see ourselves
✨ How race, gender, and income impact body image
✨ Asking, “Who gains from negative feelings about our body?”
✨ Tools for tough body image moments

Facilitator: Heather Baglole, RCT-C, Under Current Counselling — a collaborative counsellor who takes a trauma-informed, harm-reduction approach rooted in care and connection.

Our workshops are open to anyone living in Canada.
