Time to share the bitter-sweet news. ☺️😔
Vital Kinetics is closing its doors at the end of May (maybe end of June).
We decided that, to better serve the community and my family, I'm going back to school to become a Registered Massage Therapist (Yaay!). Sadly, there's no school for massage therapy in PEI, so my husband, the cats, and I are potentially moving to Halifax at the end of the year ( boooo).
Hopefully I'll graduate by April 2026 and come back to reopen Vital Kinetics!! The goal is to provide better services to our clients and allow more people to access our massages.
It was a very hard decision to take, but we believe it's for the best. We are closing this chapter ( for now), to explore a new exciting one.
I can not put into words how much I value and thank you 🥰 all for your support and for being a part on this personal and professional growth journey. I got to meet a lot of wonderful people and made many friends too. We built together a loving and supporting community, that I'm extremely proud of. I couldn't ask for more.
Services during May:
I encourage everybody with class or massage packages to make use of them before we close. I will email individually to those with remaining passes to look at every individual situation.
Those who don't have passes can pay per class $10 + tax right at the website when you sign up. I recommend you book all your classes in advanced (use the recurring option), then go "pay now " at the end that way the system will charge you all at once instead of having to pay for each class individually. You can later reschedule classes if needed.

Yesterday's Swing n' Roll flow was a killer one🔥! Every class is like Pandora's Box, sometimes we workout with the Yoga Swings, other times the stability balls, and today this intense yoga flow. I'm so proud of these strong powerful girls! They rocked it! 💪 🚀
