⭐Gentle Breathwork - to release tension and bring you into the present moment
⭐Guided Meditation - to help you sink into deep stillness and peace
⭐Sound Therapy - with resonant tones and frequencies that calm your nervous system and invite profound relaxation

The combination of breath, mindfulness and sound creates a powerful yet gentle pathway to healing - helping you shift out of stress more and into a state of grounded calm. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, centered and renewed.

Sarah is an Integrative Healing Practitioner who focuses on nervous system regulation, stress reduction and resiliency. Through her private practice, she help women regain control of their lives, stress less and cultivate more joy. Drawing on her diverse education and lives experiences, Sarah weaves story telling with somatic practices to connect deeply and inspire transformation.
