We are absolutely overjoyed to be celebrating 15 years later this month and are filled with such gratitude from all of the support over these last 15 years. "Stephen originates from Cornwall, PEI. He is a yoga instructor, mindfulness teacher and author. He began working in the wellness industry in 2005 as an athletic trainer in Charlottetown and has been a yoga instructor since 2009. Over the past ten years, Stephen has offered workshops, retreats and teacher trainings across China on his distinct meditation, yoga and core conditioning programs. Sannu will be joining our team as a Pilates Instructor - you can find her teaching Pilates in both the Moon Room & the Hot Room! Learn a little bit more about Sannu :

"Originally from Charlottetown, PEI, Sannu has always had a passion for movement. From a young age, she was involved in a variety of sports & activities, and she continues to explore new ways to challenge her body through movement.
In 2023, while living in St. John’s, Sannu began instructing at a local fitness studio and quickly discovered a deep love for teaching. What started as a side interest soon grew into a true passion. Now a certified Pilates instructor, Sannu has returned to Charlottetown, where she offers community Pilates classes in the heart of downtown. Her classes focus on creating a welcoming, inclusive space where people of all bodies and experience levels can feel supported, empowered & connected. Whether you're just beginning your movement journey or looking to deepen your practice, Sannu would be happy to walk alongside you."

Cailyn joins us as a longtime studio member and member of our Energy Exchange team, so she might be a familiar face! Learn a little bit more about Cailyn :

"Cailyn started her yoga practice at Modo Yoga Charlottetown in 2014 when a friend had asked her to go to one of Scott's Karma classes. She remembers coming out of the class absolutely drenched in sweat. She got in her car to go home, looked at her friend and said, "That was gross. Let's do it again!". She was hooked. She started working with the Energy Exchange program in 2017, slowly weaving herself deeper into the community. In July 2024, she completed her first 200hr training with Your Yoga Flow and began teaching soon after. Then in June 2025, she completed her Modo Yoga Teacher Training — coming full circle with the community that raised her. Modo has been such a grounding and inspiring part of Cailyn's life, and she's beyond grateful for the chance to give back in her own way"
