LMK below 👇🏻 if you’ve ever found it hard to see “healthy living” as anything more than salads, protein and pilates 😫🤚🏼 (no shame-I’ve been there too!)

Here’s why it’s important for you to understand the truth behind health and wellness 👇🏻

Your health is SO much more complicated than two sections of a pie chart. In fact, all of the other contributors in the second photo demonstrate only SOME of other pieces of the puzzle 🧩 when it comes to health and wellness. It be complex AF 😵‍💫

This can very hard concept to grasp and accept because a) this is not what the media tells us and b) this means there are only some aspects of our health that are actually within our control 😓

However, the good news is that once you can start accepting that diet and exercise is simply ONE piece of the puzzle 🧩 when it comes to your health, it can allow you to experience a powerful shift from a place of restriction, dread, stress and self blame to a place of nourishment, joy, self compassion and being ok with doing your best.

In turn, this will create a beautiful space where transformation can begin to 🌸 blossom 🌸
