It’s Friday and Spring is here! 🌷 🎉
We wanted to take a moment to introduce you to one of our fabulous team members, Peter Mutch!

Peter Mutch
MSc BMT RCT MTA
Peter started his career as a youth worker in Ontario in group homes, crises intervention with the Ottawa Police and in the school system.
He moved back to PEI and worked in addictions and in the school system for 3 years. Peter moved to Wolfville to complete his degree in music therapy at Acadia University. He stayed in the Wolfville area to work with children, adults, and seniors with various physical, mental, and emotional needs. Peter then moved back to PEI and opened a private practice working with a wide range of special needs, mental health, and palliative care. During that time Peter decided to pursue his MSc in Mental Health Counselling to allow him an opportunity to provide mental health supports in addition to music therapy to the community. Peter left his private practice and took the position of Executive Director of the Catholic Family Service Bureau. He got the opportunity to pilot Triple P for PEI. After the one-year pilot the government was so impressed with the positive impact it had on families the government decided to roll it out Island wide. He then became a Triple P trainer for Canada in 2015. In July 2020 Peter moved to Serene View Ranch to provide supports for adults, youth, and families. Currently, Peter moved his practice to Charlottetown Psychological and Therapeutic Services in Charlottetown. He continues to work with adults, youth, and families.
