Welcome to Dr. Josef Landine who has joined the team at the Medical Home in Crapaud! We are so grateful to have another valued provider to care for our communities!
NOTE: Please do not call the clinic. Staff at the clinic are not able to accept new patients. New patients are being accepted into the medical home in Crapaud from the PEI patient registry only. Health PEI handles that process.
