🥳 HAPPY BIRTHDAY Chris 🎉 If you have yet to take class with Chris Tuesdays at 6pm you are in for a treat! He brings intelligence & creativity to his sequencing. You'll be sure to 'feel it' the next day! 🧘 Chris first discovered yoga in the early 2000's, but initially only maintained an inconsistent dvd-based practice at home. It wasn't until after a hip injury in 2017 that he began to develop a more serious yoga practice. He's always been fascinated with movement; having grown up skateboarding and snowboarding, understanding how the body moves (and the sizable impact that even the smallest variations in movement can make) has been a key area of focus. This interest was reinforced as he began practicing martial arts in 2010 and started learning more about efficient movement, which is a concept he brings onto the mat.
