Here’s what you’ll need:

• 5 oz uncooked egg white noodles or pasta
• 1 lb extra lean ground beef
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 large tomatoes, cubed small
• 1 tbsp of your favourite spices (we love paprika, cumin, oregano & cayenne!)

👩‍🍳 Cook pasta as directed, sauté beef + onion + spices, add tomatoes, then toss everything together. Dinner made simple, healthy & delicious!

Ingredients
½ ripe avocado
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 scoop Simply Santé psyllium husk
1 scoop Simply Santé chocolate protein
Dash of stevia or coconut sugar (depending on your desired sweetness)
½ cup almond milk or milk of choice
Dash of vanilla

Directions:
Blend all ingredients until creamy. Let chill 10–15 min before serving.

Who says brownies can’t be good for your gut? These little bites are loaded with chocolatey goodness AND powered up with Simply Santé Psyllium Husk! Fiber never tasted so good—supporting digestion, satiety, and a happy gut!

Here’s how to make them ⬇️

Ingredients:
1⁄2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
1 scoop chocolate Simply Santé protein powder
1 scoop Simply Santé psyllium husk
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1–2 tbsp water or almond milk
Pinch of salt

Directions:
