Starting next month, there will be TWO Fundamental Yoga classes to choose from!! My regular Thursday evening class is back, plus one more - introducing ☀️MORNING YOGA ☀️

Yoga Basics Thursdays from 5-6 pm at Beaconsfield Carriage House. Fundamental Yoga is about bringing basic yoga to everyone.

Zen Wednesday: September 16th - October 21st: Wednesdays at Beaconsfield Carriage House from 12:10-12:50; includes basic yoga poses and mindful meditation, and is suitable for all levels. Register with me through this page, by phone at 902-394-5826, or email fundamentalyoga2017@gmail.com. $63 (+HST) for six 40 minute classes. Extra cleaning protocols in place for COVID-19 and space is limited to comply with physical distancing (see Operational Plan below).
Yoga Basics: September 10th - October 22nd: Thursdays from 5:15 - 6:15 pm at Beaconsfield Carriage House; includes elements of Hatha (basic yoga), Yin (gentle & poses held for time), and Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep - long, guided savasana),as well as aspects of mindfulness and meditation. Suitable for all levels. Register with me directly through this page, by phone at 902-394-5826, or email fundamentalyoga2017@gmail.com. $95 (+HST) for seven 60 minute classes. I create an experience for my students that allows for mindful movement and physical fitness. Classes include a combination of asanas (yoga poses), breath work, meditation, and Yoga Nidra. Classes are suitable for all levels. I am certified in Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy™ and offer private sessions as well. TIYT™ promotes improved self-regulation and symptom managementfor anxiety, trauma/PTSD, depression, addiction issues and more. All of my classes are primarily taught using a trauma-informed approach to yoga.
