We are pleased to announce another mixed gender PTSD Recovery Group starting on April 29, 2026.
This group will be led by Julie Lindsay, one of our certified counselling therapists with extensive experience in trauma recovery treatment and group facilitation. The program runs for 10 weeks and is held in our cozy, confidential group room every Wednesday from 10:00-11:30am. Whether you have already experienced treatment or are just taking that first step, the group format provides support, reassurance, learning, commonality of experience, as well as trauma recovery skills.
