Registration opens tomorrow for the Golden Wisdom Speaker Series: Soma Yoga Workshop for Seniors.
This gentle, chair-based Soma Yoga workshop focuses on relieving shoulder, neck, and back tension through slow, mindful movement. You will learn how somatic exercises work with the nervous system to release long-held tension and overused muscles—making it accessible for all levels and abilities.
The workshop is led by Samantha Sambrooke, a trauma-informed Yoga Therapist with over 16 years of teaching experience. Samantha will also share simple, practical tools you can continue using at home to improve comfort, mobility, and relaxation.
Join us for a relaxing and informative morning designed to help release tension, restore ease of movement, and support overall well-being—plus a nourishing breakfast to start your day feeling refreshed.
