Yoga foundation for beginners, OXYGEN edition!! October 11th, 2-3pm
Introduction to the OXYGEN Yoga & Fitness method: breath-work, alignment, posture awareness and flow. Learn OXYGEN’S signature yoga poses and sequences designed to build strength, flexibility and balance. Experience how the infrared heated studio supports deeper movement, muscle release and relaxation. Guidance on safe modifications and prop use in a heated environment. Discover the oxygen approach to the mind-body connection and restoration. The outcome participants leave ready to join OXYGEN’s heated yoga classes, confident in the signature poses and flows that set our studio apart.
