Bill Campbell, B.A., B.Ed., M.Ed., CRT, CGC, CCC, president of Abegweit Associates, provides counselling sessions (daytime, evenings and weekends ) in the Charlottetown and Summerside areas. Qualified instructors are employed to provide the required training.
