At Boyles Optical, we’re excited to support the PEI-wide Program for Elementary Eye Care (PEEC) — making sure young Islanders are seeing their best throughout school.

✅ What it covers: For children in grades 1–6 with a current PEI Health Card, the program offers an annual eye exam and up to three pairs of prescription glasses during their elementary school years.

✅ Why it matters: Around 1 in 4 school-age children has a vision issue – and 80 % of classroom learning is visual. Early eye exams make a big difference!

✅ How we help: Come into Boyles Optical at 85 Belvedere Ave, Charlottetown — we’ll help book your child’s exam, fit their glasses, and guide you through the PEEC registration and claim process.
