We take care of our bodies and mental health - but what about our eyes!? We think you should follow these ‘rules’ to keep your eyes happy and heathy:

😎 Wear sunglasses all season, even as the seasons turn! UVs aren't just a big deal during summer.
🤳 Follow the 20/20/20 rule: Every 20 minutes, for 20 seconds, look 20 feet away.
🍊 Eat food with nutrients such as Omega-3 fatty acids, zinc and Vitamins C & E for happy eyes!
🗓 Book that eye exam! Keep your prescription up to date to avoid those inaccurate prescription symptoms (like headaches, blurry vision, ext), but we can also see early clues to a variety of overall health concerns with regular eye exams.
💄 Throw away expired or contaminated makeup to avoid eye infections. Also regularly wash your makeup brushes. Your skin will thank you, but so will your eyes!
