Last year, during a routine post-construction clean, something happened that reminded us of the standard we hold ourselves to.

While on-site, one of our team members, Chad, noticed water leaking into a basement he was working on. It would have been easy to assume it wasn’t our responsibility. Instead, Chad paused, investigated, and contacted the homeowner right away.

What he uncovered was a combination of issues that, left unchecked, could have led to significant damage. Because Chad spoke up, the right professionals were brought in quickly, and a much bigger problem was avoided.

The homeowner, Rob, later reached out to express just how much that moment mattered.

It's the perfect reminder of why we treat every space with care and every client like a neighbour. Because cleaning is what we do, and looking out for one another is who we are.
