✨ Relocation Update ✨

As many of you know, the past little while has been eventful for my family and I — we’ve officially and successfully moved provinces 🧳🌊

This transition has been a powerful reminder for me to use my energy intentionally and wisely. When life feels full, uncertain, or stretched, how we protect, direct, and honour our energy truly matters.

I’m happy to share that I’m currently in the process of securing a new space for Sunny’s Holistic Wellness, which will be physically based out of Sydney, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. While things are still coming together, my heart feels very aligned with this next chapter.

As we begin 2026, I’m feeling grounded, hopeful, and genuinely excited to continue supporting people on their individual journeys and holding space when it’s needed.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, trusted me, and walked alongside Sunny’s so far. I can’t wait to see what unfolds next ✨.

🌟 As of December 30, 2025 I will be moving back to Sydney, NS with my family for the next 7 months.
