Learning how to create space between action and reaction is essential in these increasingly reactive times. 🧘🏼♂️
“Be satisfied with where you land. Don’t fuss, fidget or readjust. Sit with it.” Words from one of my teachers that I’ve repeated to my students many times. 💫
Being still in a yin pose for a few minutes creates the kind of patterning we need to train our minds to be present and hold steady.🌱
I’m trying to move with less urgency to fuss and fidget this spring. As we emerge from the hibernation of winter, I want to do so mindfully, carefully, with plenty of consideration. This is what a yin yoga practice can help cultivate. 🌺
Join me for a 4 week yin yoga series. $85 - Sundays, April 12, 19, 26, May 3 @ 7:00 p.m. @ Charlottetown Yoga Space.
