💪 Mastering RDL’z with Queen V 🍑

Today we’re walking through one of the most effective movements for glutes & hamstrings — the Romanian Deadlift (RDL).

Like always, it’s all about the little tips & tricks that make the biggest difference.

Here’s what I want you to focus on as you watch this video:

1️⃣ Set Your Base
Ground your feet — shoulder-width, toes forward, weight through the mid-foot & heel. This is your power stance.

2️⃣ Soft Knees, Not Bent Knees
You’re not squatting the weight. Give the knees a soft bend & let your hips do the work.

3️⃣ Hinge, Don’t Fold
Push your hips back like you’re closing a car door with your glutes. Chest stays proud, back stays strong — hinge, don’t collapse.

4️⃣ Feel the Stretch
Lower until you feel that big hamstring stretch — not until the dumbbells hit the floor. Quality > depth.

5️⃣ Keep Your Lats On
Pull the dumbbells in tight to the body & keep your lats active. Think: shoulders in your back pockets.

6️⃣ Drive Up With Intent
Squeeze the glutes hard at the top — don’t lean back. Stand tall & own the rep.

From 315lbs to 193lbs…

This story makes you shake your head & smile with pride for this guy & on how he changed his life so drastically, in less than 8 months 🔥
