From 315lbs to 193lbs…

This story makes you shake your head & smile with pride for this guy & on how he changed his life so drastically, in less than 8 months 🔥

When Harrison walked into the gym back in January, he was sitting at 315lbs. He told me in the past, he had never been able to move the needle on the scale. No matter what he tried, nothing stuck.

I was straight up with Harry. I told him if he wants the results all that he needs to do is stay committed, listen & put in effort inside & outside of the gym!

Immediately, he proved he was fully committed to fixing his daily habits. He showed up consistently, even when it wasn’t easy, he got in & got his work done!!

Fast forward to now & the progress speaks for itself. Not just in the pounds lost, but in his strength, energy & confidence.

🔥UNIT SPOTLIGHT: HARRISON WALKER🔥

When Harrison 1st walked into Beyond Fit 5 months ago, he looked me in the eye & said, “I want to change my life.”

& that’s exactly what HE did. 👏🏽

From day one, he showed up, listened, & committed—not just to the workouts, but to the entire process. Fast forward to today, & Harrison is down 75 pounds. Insane…💥

He now lifts weights daily, runs on his spare time, eats with purpose, & has become an entirely new man. If he isn’t a prime example of hard work pays off, I don’t know what is.

This isn’t a quick fix. Harrison understood that. He’s proof that real transformation takes time, consistency, & a whole lot of grit.👊🏽

Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it. Everyday I see him walk into the gym it brings a smile to my face & fires me up. You continuously remind me why this is my passion, so thank you Harry boy👊🏽

✨Client Shoutout: Lori & Hannah Brown ✨

These 2 Queens have been long time Beyond Fit members 🙌🏽

4+ years In-Person + 1-2years Online - to say the least, I know these angels very well 👏🏽🤩

Hannah, a student-athlete & social butterfly, balances a life full of volleyball, friends, concerts, & unforgettable moments with her mother 🙌🏽 Her energy is contagious, & her love for both her sport & her people runs deep 🫶🏽

Lori, on the other hand, is the definition of a boss B— 👏🏽😂 a dedicated travel nurse who somehow manages to do it all with grace & power. She is a fantastic person, & has a heart of gold 💛 I always give Lori props on how she gives Hannah the best life a teenager could have ⭐️

Together, they bring such a fun, uplifting vibe that you can’t help but smile the second they walk through the door. Whether they’re spilling the latest tea, planning their next summer adventure, or just excited to be present, their bond is something special & inspiring.
