As the seasons turn and currents shift, so too must Red Door Doula Services.
It has been a profound honour to walk alongside you during life's most tender and vulnerable moments. While I must gracefully step back from in-person services, my commitment to supporting you through emotional healing and grief work remains. I will continue to offer online and telephone support for navigating end-of-life matters and answering any questions you may have.
This new phase also brings me to introduce Grim & Grace, a branch of RDD that I have been developing over the years. Here, we'll journey together in a safe and regulated environment to unearth the root causes of your emotional pain, moving beyond surface-level healing to foster deep, lasting transformation. We'll craft a personalized path forward, complete with practical tools, self-soothing practices, and resources tailored just for you. It is not a replacement for professional therapy, it is designed to help you discover your next step when you're feeling lost, broken, or stuck. With flexible evening and weekend appointments, I'm here to support your growth. Having witnessed so much end-of-life regret, I know that regret weighs far heavier than failure. Let's choose to live fully, unburdened.
For those in Kamloops and surrounding areas seeking in-person death doula support, I wholeheartedly recommend my dear friend and colleague, Heather Watson. You can reach her at: www.ruralsoulsanctuary.com and

My own life has been forever transformed, enriching my soul through the privilege of service. I am eager to continue this journey with you in new ways.
You'll still be able to join me on the "Dear Psychopomp: Let's Talk About Death" podcast, where we explore the history, myths & truths about death, dying, and grief, share poetic monologues, and have fascinating and enlightening conversations with guests from around the world.
Death isn't a secret; let's talk about it.
Warmly,
Anne-Marie
