Sun Peaks Yoga Presents: Snow Den: Mini Retreat
December 13th, 2025

Immerse yourself in a day of yoga, workshops and Silent meditation. This mini retreat embraces the soft quiet that settles in when snow covers the ground and dampens extraneous noise.
Open and available to all bodies and abilities who want to start practicing with a quiet mind.

Schedule:

9 - 10:30 am Silent Yoga Practice
10:30 - 11:00 am Silent Walk - Photo Challenge
11am - 12:30 pm Meditation Workshop
12:30 - 3:00 pm - Silent lunch and Ride Break (Lift ticket not included)
3:00 - 4:30 pm - Yin Yoga to teach us to navigate physical, mental and emotional stress.
6:30 - 8 pm Restorative Sound Bath

Mukti translates to liberation. More specifically, liberation from ego. In this class we will flow through asana at our own breath pace and let our bodies be liberated from the confines of expectation, ego and the idea that we have to be perfect all the time. The energy of this class is fun, lighthearted and energizing. A lot of restrictions that we put on ourselves tend to come from our head and our heart so we will engage in breath practice to clear the mind and the physical asana will be led with the intention of opening the heart space. Free your mind, free your heart. Liberation! Mukti!
