🐾 Puppy Yoga Preregistration is Open! 🐶🧘‍♀️

Get ready for the happiest yoga class you’ll ever take at Just Breathe Yoga! Puppy Yoga is coming this spring and spots will fill quickly.

Join us for a 45-minute gentle yoga class where relaxation, movement, and adorable puppy cuddles come together. During the class, 9 playful chocolate Lab/Shepherd mix puppies (6–7 weeks old) will wander around the room, ready to say hello, snuggle, and bring lots of joy to your practice. Expect plenty of tail wags, laughter, and puppy love.

This lighthearted class is perfect for all ages and all yoga experience levels. Whether you’re a longtime yogi or brand new to the mat, Puppy Yoga is a fun way to stretch, relax, and boost your mood.

Meet Mya ✨

Hi everyone! My name is Mya, and I’ve been part of the Just Breathe Yoga community for almost a year as a Pilates student. After recently earning my Mat Pilates Specialist certification, I’m so excited to begin teaching classes for all levels.

As a retired competitive dancer and current nursing student, movement has always been a huge part of my life. Pilates helps me find balance within a busy schedule, and I hope my classes can help you do the same.

My goal is for every person to leave class feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of what their body can do. I’m incredibly excited to start this new journey and connect with so many amazing people along the way.

Mom & Baby Yoga – 4 Week Connection Series with Lisa Uher ❤️

March 9th-30th. Mondays at 10:30am

This gentle, heart-led series is designed to support both parent and baby in the tender months after birth. Each 45-minute class weaves together calming movement, breath, pelvic floor and core reconnection, and baby-inclusive yoga poses that nurture bonding, regulation, and physical healing.

Together we create a soft, welcoming space where parents can slow down, reconnect with their changing bodies, and build confidence, while babies experience soothing rhythm, touch, and closeness. Each week follows a theme — Bonding, Regulation, Strength, and Joy — supporting the emotional and nervous system well-being of both parent and child.

Meeting baby’s needs is always the priority. Feeding, changing, soothing, or simply holding your baby are all part of the practice. This series is responsive, flexible, and grounded in co-regulation.

Classes are suitable for babies from birth until early mobility (pre-crawling/toddling) to help maintain a calm and safe environment. Class size is intentionally limited to foster connection, support, and community.

Our Gratitude Board is now up in the studio — a small space filled with big love. This board is here for you to share a note of appreciation, encouragement, or gratitude for the teachers who give so much of themselves to this community.

Behind every class is time, care, planning, and heart. Our teachers pour their energy into holding space, guiding movement, supporting growth, and creating a studio that feels like home. This board is a chance for us to pour a little of that love right back.
