Step into a deeply nourishing evening designed to help you slow down, soften, and reset with intention as we welcome the shift of the season.

Join Sue and Tanya for a 90-minute journey of gentle restorative yoga, supported stillness, and calming Reiki energy work. This special event invites you to settle into long-held, prop-supported postures that encourage the nervous system to unwind while Reiki’s subtle, soothing touch helps release tension and restore energetic balance.

Guided breath, quiet reflection, and a warm candle-lit atmosphere create the perfect space to rest deeply, clear stagnant energy, and reconnect with your inner calm. You’ll leave feeling grounded, spacious, and renewed — body, mind, and spirit.

This experience is suitable for all levels and especially supportive for anyone feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, or simply in need of a peaceful reset.

Mom & Baby Yoga – 4 Week Connection Series with Lisa Uher ❤️

March 9th-30th. Mondays at 10:30am

This gentle, heart-led series is designed to support both parent and baby in the tender months after birth. Each 45-minute class weaves together calming movement, breath, pelvic floor and core reconnection, and baby-inclusive yoga poses that nurture bonding, regulation, and physical healing.

Together we create a soft, welcoming space where parents can slow down, reconnect with their changing bodies, and build confidence, while babies experience soothing rhythm, touch, and closeness. Each week follows a theme — Bonding, Regulation, Strength, and Joy — supporting the emotional and nervous system well-being of both parent and child.

Meeting baby’s needs is always the priority. Feeding, changing, soothing, or simply holding your baby are all part of the practice. This series is responsive, flexible, and grounded in co-regulation.

Classes are suitable for babies from birth until early mobility (pre-crawling/toddling) to help maintain a calm and safe environment. Class size is intentionally limited to foster connection, support, and community.

Our Gratitude Board is now up in the studio — a small space filled with big love. This board is here for you to share a note of appreciation, encouragement, or gratitude for the teachers who give so much of themselves to this community.

Behind every class is time, care, planning, and heart. Our teachers pour their energy into holding space, guiding movement, supporting growth, and creating a studio that feels like home. This board is a chance for us to pour a little of that love right back.

We’re so excited to welcome our next 6-week Prenatal Yoga series, starting Wednesday, March 4th at 5:30pm at Just Breathe Yoga with the wonderful Lisa Uher.

This series is thoughtfully designed to support you through pregnancy—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Each class offers:
