Hi everyone! My name is Grace Medenblik. I’m a 17 year-old who has been practicing yoga since the age of 7. I began to love yoga thanks to my amazing aunt who brought me to classes and encouraged me to take a teaching course this year. Because of her and the support of this amazing community I will be teaching my first class in a few days. I’m so grateful for all of the relationships and friendships I’ve formed through the common love of yoga that everyone at Just Breathe shares. As I begin this journey I’m excited to grow not only on my own, but also with everyone who is apart of the Just Breathe community! 💛

Meet Jenna ❤️ – part yogi, part Pilates powerhouse, and 100% passionate about helping others feel amazing in their bodies! With over a decade of experience on the mat, Jenna turned her love for movement into a mission by completing her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training. What started as a personal journey quickly turned into a full-blown transformation – yoga lit a spark in her soul, and she hasn’t looked back since.

Now, she’s on a mission to share that spark with you. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned pro, Jenna’s classes are a welcoming space to stretch, strengthen, and connect – inside and out. Her unique blend of yoga and Pilates is all about helping you grow, feel empowered, and discover what your body (and mind!) are truly capable of.

Hi I’m Kairi (Kyrie), allow me to guide you as you learn about what inspired me to teach. It is my pleasure to introduce myself as a yoga teacher here at Just Breathe Yoga which has been a beautiful community where I have grown my practice and love of yoga over the last year and half.

After taking my yoga teacher training, I realized how much passion I had for guiding and inspiring others. I have been humbled and grateful for this wonderful opportunity.

Having a background in martial arts, competitive dancing, and performing on stage I would love to share my knowledge and light with others inspiring you to grow with this beautiful community.

I found yoga after having back surgery two years ago. Yoga has helped me be mindful of my limitations, and has strengthened my core and muscles to support my back and body. It has also helped me to ground my spirit and mind after coming through a challenging life event.

As a Registered Orthopaedic Technologist working in the fracture clinic and previously as a surgical nurse, my knowledge in anatomy and physiology has helped develop my yoga practice, and I look forward to sharing my knowledge and experience as I guide you through your yoga practice and inspiring you to grow as you connect with your mind, body, and spirit.

The light within me humbly bows to the light within you,
