We always get asked what therapy at the CO. actually looks like…

A lot of people picture traditional therapy. But honestly, it often looks more like creating, chatting, playing, laughing, moving around, and people being themselves.

And while every person’s journey looks different, here’s a little glimpse into our space 🤍

Consultations are FREE. We offer in-person appts in Chatham, Sarnia, and Windsor, and online as well. 🤍

TONIGHT!!! We hope you can join us at Teen Drop-In!

Sometimes teens just need a place to land. We know a lot of teens right now are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, burnt out… or just “off.”

That’s why we created Teen Drop-In at the CO.

No pressure.
Just a safe place to come as you are.

📍 the CO. (208 Queen St.)
🗓 Biweekly Wednesdays | 5–6 PM
💲 Free

If you know a teen who’s:
- been struggling
- feeling isolated
- could just use a supportive space to hang out
- or feeling good.. we’d love if you shared this with them or their parents.

You don't have to be struggling to attend! Sometimes the hardest part is just walking through the door the first time.

What an amazing Mental Health Awareness Week 🤍

A huge thank you to Ursuline College Chatham, and École Secondaire Pain Court for inviting us to be part of your Wellness Fairs. We loved connecting with the students and creating space for mental health to be talked about openly and honestly.

To : thank you for inviting us to be part of the Open Mic Night and for all you did to make it a meaningful night. It was a beautiful evening filled with connection, vulnerability, courage, and community.

To everyone who shared, listened, sang, supported, and simply showed up for themselves… thank you. Those moments matter more than you know.

It was truly an honour to spend this week with our community and to witness so many reminders that none of us are alone. 🤍
