The Co.

The Co. The CO. offers creative arts therapy for kids, teens, and families in Southwestern Ontario.

Through art, our goal is to help people heal, express themselves, and build resilience — all in a safe and supportive space.

School is back! Backpacks, new routines, and maybe a few meltdowns already? 🫤

Therapy doesn’t always look like sitting on a couch.

At the CO., it can look like painting, scribbling, magazine clippings, etc., because sometimes we don’t have the words to express how we are feeling.

✨Book a complimentary 20-min consult through the link in our bio or send us a DM.

We would love to CO.nnect 🤍

People always ask us: “What does the space look like? And where are you located?”

Well… it’s a little quirky, a little cozy, and definitely has more elephants than you’d expect.😆

But more than that — it’s a space where big feelings are welcome, art gets messy, and nobody expects you to have it all figured out. Oh, and yes — we like to have fun too!

Chatham folks, you know this corner’s nickname…

Curious to see if the space feels right for you?Book your complimentary 30-min consult through the link in bio or just send us a DM!

As part of their placement, each student completed a personal passion project, which they shared with us yesterday (with some well earned poutine from ). From diving into self-discovery to crafting powerful scripts, their work was creative, thoughtful, and truly inspiring! We’re so grateful for the energy, curiosity, and heart they brought to the CO. We wish them all the best on their next chapter!!

✨YOU ARE INVITED!✨

POCKET GHOSTS — ART SHOW
Saturday, July 12 | 6 PM – 7 PM
📍 the CO. Chatham

Mark your calendars – this is one you won’t want to miss!

Our Artist in Residence, Dani, is a creator originally from the UK, who works remotely from her home in Chatham for feature animated movies. She has worked on Oscar award-winning movies such as Guillermo Del Toro’s “Pinocchio”, and seven-time Annie Award-winning “Spider-Man: Across the Spiderverse”. Using polaroid emulsion and sculpture to create “Pocket Ghosts”, she hopes it will speak to those who feel fractured - split across space & time - whilst trying to maintain valid human connection.

We hope you can join us as Dani explores themes of distance, memory, and connection.
