📣 FREE Community Mobility Class – Open to Everyone!
Chiropractic Wellness Centre is hosting a Dance Mobility & Injury-Prevention Class at Ascencion Dance Studio — and it’s completely FREE and open to the public!
📅 Thursday, February 26th
⏰ 6:45 PM – 7:45 PM
📍 Ascension Dance Studio – 530 Victoria Ave
While this class was designed with dancers in mind, it is absolutely open to anyone who wants to move better, reduce stiffness, and prevent injuries — you do NOT need to be a dancer to attend.
We’ll be working on:
✔️ Hip mobility
✔️ Ankle strength & control
✔️ Spinal alignment
✔️ Posture and movement mechanics
This is a relaxed, educational, movement-based session led by Dr. Mitch Ormond of Chiropractic Wellness Centre.
