Just wanted to say hi — I’m still here 🤍

I’m feeling deeply grateful, re-energized, and excited to share that I recently accomplished a massive personal goal.

As many of you know, family is everything to me. Some of my closest family members live a 4–8 hour flight (or two!) away.

This past summer, I had the absolute honour of having my baby sister and best friend live with me and my little family for 10 beautiful days. When it was time to bring her back to Toronto for her flight — heading back across the pond to Switzerland 🇨🇭 — the reality of distance hit hard.

Standing in line at oversized baggage with my mom and Jelly (iykyk), tears were flowing as we reminded each other that even with oceans between us, connection doesn’t disappear. Before leaving, Jelly looked at me and asked for a pinky promise — that I would come visit her in Switzerland this season.

I kept that promise.

This trip reminded me how powerful it is to honour what matters most, to follow through on intentions, and to choose connection — even when it feels big or uncomfortable.

Meet my trusty sidekicks here at the practice: 🐾

Frank “The Tank,” is our head of security and mountain dog extraordinaire. He has a big bark and protective character but don’t let that fool you—this tough guy is also a certified mama’s boy. 💙 Frank enjoys long walks on the beach and stealing hearts. 🥰

Then there's Mia, our pint-sized powerhouse with a heart of gold - don't let her tiny frame fool you, this little lady's got a resume that'd put any action hero to shame. 🦸🏼‍♀️ Despite her tough exterior, she's a total sweetheart. With 15 years of experience being my partner in crime, she's the real boss around here. 💖
