Honestly the AUDACITY of perimenopause. 😂

One minute you’re functioning on caffeine, chaos and bad decisions.

The next your body is like:

there’s a good chance your body is trying to get your attention.

Perimenopause changes a lot behind the scenes.

Girl… your body is not being dramatic. 😂

Respectfully… your body is protesting.

Midlife changes the rules.

• protein
• stable blood sugar
• sleep
• less chaos
• actual nourishment
