Today’s hero: Mediterranean chickpea salad. Here’s why it’s perfect for menopausal bloat:

This September, I’m offering two beginner-friendly classes designed for women in midlife who want to feel stronger, calmer, and more energized — without the gym, without heavy equipment, and without judgment. 💜

👉 Gentle/Beginner Yoga – Tuesdays at 6 PM (Sept 2, 9, 16, 23)
Slow, grounding yoga to release stiffness, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. Each class ends with soothing relaxation.

👉 Gentle Movement – Thursdays at 6 PM (Sept 4, 11, 18, 25)
A blend of strength training, Pilates, flexibility, and functional movement — gentle, supportive, and perfect for midlife bodies.

💻 Both classes are online (no cameras required!)
✔ Practice at home in comfort
✔ No rushing or commuting
✔ Recordings available if you can’t make it live

🌿 Thinking About Joining a Class This September? 🌿

I’m getting ready to roll out my Beginner-Friendly Yoga & Gentle Movement classes in September — and I’d love your input!

💫 These classes are perfect for absolute beginners or anyone wanting a slow, supportive way to move their body, release tension, and build strength without strain.
🗓 Tentative schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6pm (online — depending on interest!)
⏳ Duration: 45 min of calm, mindful movement that you’ll actually look forward to.

👉 I’ve had a few people say they’re interested, but I need to know if you want a spot so I can plan accordingly.
