Saying goodbye is one of the hardest things you will ever have to do. 😢Our hearts are broken 💔. Our sweet little, almost 14 year old Kahlua has crossed the rainbow bridge 🌈 . I will miss our daily walks, our morning coffee together, my shadow, Thursday seniors day with gramps, your unconditional love, doggie snuggles and kisses, my protector and best companion. Even though I wish we had forever together, I feel you in spirit my sweet girl. 😇 we love you so very much and thank you for the most amazing years🫶

Happy 25th Birthday to our beautiful Janelle. Having her for a daughter has been one of the greatest gifts life has given us. Cheers 🥂 to many more happy years sweetie. 😘🫶❤️

Slow Flow Yoga 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️Bringing balance to the body and mind through holding poses and exploring what each pose has to offer you. You will be guided through simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance and calm.
