We’re so excited to welcome our next 6-week Prenatal Yoga series, starting Wednesday, March 4th at 5:30pm at Just Breathe Yoga with the wonderful Lisa Uher.

This series is thoughtfully designed to support you through pregnancy—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Each class offers:
🤍 gentle movement to support a changing body
🤍 breathwork for relaxation and confidence
🤍 time to connect with your baby
🤍 a safe, supportive community of fellow mamas

Whether you’re new to yoga or continuing your practice, prenatal yoga is a beautiful way to slow down, tune in, and prepare for birth and beyond.

Mom & Baby Yoga – 4 Week Connection Series

This gentle, heart-led series is designed to support both parent and baby in the tender months after birth. Each 45-minute class offers calming movement, breath, pelvic floor and core reconnection, and baby-inclusive yoga poses that nurture bonding, regulation, and physical healing.

Together we create a soft, welcoming space where parents can slow down, reconnect with their changing bodies, and build confidence, while babies experience soothing rhythm, touch, and closeness. Each week follows a theme — Bonding, Regulation, Strength, and Joy — supporting the emotional and nervous system well-being of both parent and child.

Meeting baby’s needs is always the priority. Feeding, changing, soothing, or simply holding your baby are all part of the practice. This series is responsive, flexible, and grounded in co-regulation.

Classes are suitable for babies from birth until early mobility (pre-crawling/toddling) to maintain a calm and safe environment. Class size is intentionally limited to foster connection, support, and community.

Baby and Me Yoga is a fun, interactive vinyasa yoga class designed to help you regain strength and balance after pregnancy. This hour-long session with Stephanie focuses on the areas most affected by pregnancy, helping you rebuild your body in a mindful way.

Beyond the physical benefits, this class also fosters a sense of community, connecting you with other new parents on a similar journey. What makes our class special is that your baby is part of the experience! While they won’t be doing yoga, you’ll engage with them throughout the session. Some poses even involve lifting and holding your baby, helping you build strength while creating a meaningful bonding experience.

Join us for a class that nurtures both your body and your connection with your little one!
