We’re so excited to welcome our next 6-week Prenatal Yoga series, starting Wednesday, March 4th at 5:30pm at Just Breathe Yoga with the wonderful Lisa Uher.
This series is thoughtfully designed to support you through pregnancy—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Each class offers:

🤍 breathwork for relaxation and confidence
🤍 time to connect with your baby
🤍 a safe, supportive community of fellow mamas
Whether you’re new to yoga or continuing your practice, prenatal yoga is a beautiful way to slow down, tune in, and prepare for birth and beyond.
