Mom & Baby Yoga – 4 Week Connection Series
This gentle, heart-led series is designed to support both parent and baby in the tender months after birth. Each 45-minute class offers calming movement, breath, pelvic floor and core reconnection, and baby-inclusive yoga poses that nurture bonding, regulation, and physical healing.
Together we create a soft, welcoming space where parents can slow down, reconnect with their changing bodies, and build confidence, while babies experience soothing rhythm, touch, and closeness. Each week follows a theme — Bonding, Regulation, Strength, and Joy — supporting the emotional and nervous system well-being of both parent and child.
Meeting baby’s needs is always the priority. Feeding, changing, soothing, or simply holding your baby are all part of the practice. This series is responsive, flexible, and grounded in co-regulation.
Classes are suitable for babies from birth until early mobility (pre-crawling/toddling) to maintain a calm and safe environment. Class size is intentionally limited to foster connection, support, and community.
