Hi my name is Nicole Rossignol and I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist for just over 8 years now. Growing up in Chatham I always valued the tight knit community it has to offer. Introducing FST- “Fascial Stretch Therapy”. This is an exclusive technique offered by myself that I have been trained in. My educational background includes sports rehabilitation and massage therapy. I graduated from Sheridan college and received my honours of Bachelor’s of applied health science (athletic therapy). I then completed the Advance Standing Massage Therapy program in Stoney Creek. I have been involved with many different sports since a young age. I have always been passionate about a healthy life style. I look forward to helping others attain their goals in their daily lives. Whether that is maintenance, injuries, returning to work/sports or even just relaxation. I have a loving and family oriented approach to treating and rehabbing clients. I enjoy meeting new people and the challenges associated with creating individual programs to watch patients grow. My unique twist from my rehabilitation background helps clients to better understand their injuries, the healing process and the strengthening process involved in their treatments. Education is key to any successful treatment. I am proud to be back and able to help the community in which I grew up in. Please contact me for any questions or information!

There are many types of massages. Today I’ll focus on relaxation massages.

Swedish massage uses a combination of kneading and rubbing at varying pressures, long strokes along the pathway of blood returning to the heart, and sometimes even vibrating or tapping to induce the releasing and relaxing of aggravated muscles. This is the perfect treatment for anyone looking for a comfortable and soothing experience. This type is also beneficial for calming down the nervous system in clients who have depression and anxiety. It can also promote better sleep!

If interested, call or text me at (519) 365-5021. Have a wonderful day!

There are many ways to tackle body aches and pains. Deep Tissue techniques are used for relieving tight muscles, chronic muscle pain, assisting with injuries and improving imbalances. It is a slightly more intense treatment than Swedish massage but I always work within your limits. Deep Tissue massage uses a more acute and direct pressure to reduce tension in even the deepest layers of your muscles and connective tissues.

If you’re interested, contact me to book your massage today! Let me help you get rid of those aches and pains.

The answer you’ve been looking for

Your body can start to feel like a stiff door in need of lubrication. A rigid door is definitely difficult to open! Now, apply some WD40, and you can feel how smoothly the door moves on its hinges afterwards. You can open and close it no problem!
Your body is so similar!

Simple pain relief is here

Fascial Stretch Therapy & Fascial Release Therapy can release your body from the tightness you’re feeling. When your joints, muscles and tendons are pain free and relaxed, you’re more likely to use them. This leads to more movement and muscular gains.
Therapists target your fascia using oscillating movements and gentle traction. These techniques stimulate blood supply to your joints which enhances lubricated movement. This helps remove joint impingements and restrictions. Results can include, improved range of motion, posture, better quality of sleep, more energy and less risk for injury.

Relaxation is key

These benefits are unique to Fascial Therapy. With other stretching exercises, like yoga, your muscles are always in a contracted state. Fascial Therapy allows for complete relaxation of the tissues. With the assistance of a certified fascial therapist, great leaps in mobility can be achieved.

Time for your first visit

I am excited to meet with you!
For your first visit, please complete a brief health history so I may better assist you. A certified therapist will go through some questions and assess your mobility. You will relax on a massage table and the therapist will guide your body through the stretches. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. I am confident you will leave feeling refreshed after your first session.

To gain the most flexibility and increased range of motion, it is recommended to have a few sessions.
