Nutrient gaps starve the wiring; sugar crashes jolt it. Inflammation flares when bacteria slip past a leaky gut, yet cortisol from last year’s heartbreak keeps the fire lit.  

Common doesn’t equal normal— most of the planet runs on caffeine, sugar and burnout.

They told you fat was the enemy for fifty years.

Butter will kill you. Red meat clogs your arteries. Load up on "heart-healthy" whole grains.

Eat 6-11 servings of bread, pasta, and cereal every single day.

That was the official government advice.

Printed on posters in every school cafeteria.

Pushed by doctors, dietitians, and giant food corporations that got filthy rich selling you sugar-coated cardboard.

And North America got fat. Sick. Diabetic at record rates.

Kids with fatty liver disease before they hit puberty.

Today the White House just admitted the whole thing was backwards.

RFK Jr. stood up there with the new 2025-2030 Dietary Guidelines and flipped the food pyramid upside down.

Literally.

The new pyramid is inverted.

Top tier (the widest part, the foundation) is now:

Red meat. Eggs. Full-fat dairy. Butter. Healthy fats. Vegetables. Fruit.

Bottom tier (the tiny little point you barely touch) is refined grains and added sugar.

Whole grains got demoted hard. Ultra-processed junk got called out by name. Seed oils didn't even make the cut.

They brought back whole milk. Told you to eat steak without guilt. Said protein and fat keep you full, strong, and actually healthy.

The same government that spent decades protecting Big Food profits just said out loud:

We were wrong. Eat real food.

I've been cooking ribeyes in butter and ignoring the old pyramid for years.

Turns out the reckless ones were the "experts" who made obesity normal.

Your body knows real food when it sees it. It always did.

They just spent half a century gaslighting you into ignoring that signal so cereal companies could buy another yacht.
