Change is in the air at Peach 🍑 We’re welcoming three new Patient Experience Coordinators to our family: Mya, Charlotte & Madison!

They’re stepping in as we say goodbye to some familiar faces; Lauren, who was with us as a summer student, is heading back to the University of Guelph for her 4th year, while Alexis and Kenzie, who worked with us through high school, are off to begin their first year at Queen’s. We’ll miss them lots, but we couldn’t be more excited to see what’s ahead for them 🧡

Say hi to Mya, Charlotte, and Madison when you’re in. We know you’ll feel right at home with them!

Most 6-week postpartum checkups focus on physical healing — but rarely assess how your body is functioning. That’s where pelvic floor physio comes in.

Here’s what I look at in a postpartum assessment:
👉 Pelvic floor strength, tension & coordination
👉 Abdominal separation (diastasis recti)
👉 Core engagement & breath patterns
👉 Any signs of prolapse or pressure
👉 Scar mobility (C-section or perineal tears)

Just because everything looks “healed” doesn’t mean you’re ready to run, lift weights, or jump back into life without support.
