January-February yoga starts this week! Chair yoga Tuesdays at 10 am to 11:15am and mat class Tuesdays at 6:45pm to 8pm.

On the Mat class Wednesday 7:30 to 8:45 pm
Classes start the week of Sept 16th.

My classes incorporate mindful movements, breath and meditation that aim to meet you where you're at. They are suitable for beginners and more practiced yogis alike.
