New Year fitness goals are great… but your feet might disagree. 👟

If you’re ramping things up this year, regular at-home foot care is a must to avoid pain, flare-ups, and injuries.
Here’s what to do 👇
• Stretch daily – calves, arches, and toes
• Roll it out – tennis ball or frozen water bottle under the foot
• Moisturize – especially heels (dry skin cracks fast in winter)
• Trim nails properly – straight across, not too short
• Rest when needed – pain is feedback, not weakness
