So true
After everything we’ve been through, knowing how much corruption is in our medical industry and that health is truly not valued. Why do people listen to their doctors 100%. Get a second opinion go see a homeopath.

Even my son's appendix was saved when we used homeopathy. When my gallbladder acted up, my response was: Nope, I'm keeping it. Talking to the right people can really change your life and save you from a graveyard of body parts you could have kept.

As care givers we must respect the needs of our clients.

Do you think that we should be respectful of our coworkers needs?
Or is your narcissistic perfuming behaviour more important?

Caregivers and support networks play a vital role in the lives of people with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS). Fragrance-free, lowest-emission and least-toxic choices by those around them directly reduce barriers and improve quality of life. Support starts with small, conscious, appropriate product choices.

Hello and welcome to Sojourn Wellness 🌿

I’m Lyndsy Comeau, and I created Sojourn Wellness as a space for people who are quietly carrying emotional pain they have never fully been able to move through.

Many of my clients are people who feel:
• “I haven’t felt like myself since…”
• emotionally overwhelmed or disconnected
• stuck in grief, heartbreak, betrayal, or loss
• exhausted from holding everything together
• unsupported by rushed or surface-level approaches

My work is rooted in what I call Emotional Midwifery — a compassionate, trauma-informed healing process that supports emotional transformation through deep listening, nervous system support, homeopathy, emotional witnessing, energetic healing, and psychedelic-informed integration.

At the heart of this work is something very simple:

People heal differently when they feel emotionally safe, deeply heard, and genuinely witnessed.

This is not about “fixing” people.

It is about creating a grounded space where healing, release, clarity, and reconnection can begin to unfold naturally and safely.

My approach is individualized, relational, and paced according to each person’s emotional capacity and healing journey.

Services currently include:
✨ 20-Minute Introductory Connection Calls
✨ 2-Hour Emotional Terrain Consultations
✨ Ongoing Emotional Midwifery Sessions

This page will be a space for:
• emotional healing insights
• nervous system education
• grief and transformation support
• holistic healing perspectives
• reflections on emotional wellbeing
• gentle reminders that you are not alone

Thank you for being here.

Homeopathy During the Great Flu Pandemic of 1918-19

Without exception, homeopaths reported a lower percentage of pneumonia cases across all their populations, because prompt homeopathic treatment cut short the course of influenza and prevented it from progressing to later stages or complications.

As an example, among 28 homeopathic physicians from Central Iowa, 18 answered a detailed survey, in which 5,032 cases of influenza were reported, only 137 of which developed pneumonia. “We should be proud of the small percentage that developed pneumonia, less than 3 percent, against an estimated 30 percent of the Old School."

🌿 Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS) is a recognized disability in Canada. Over 1.13 million Canadians are diagnosed, of which 72% are women, who live with disabling symptoms triggered by commonly encountered chemical exposures, which include fragrances, cleaning products, and pesticides. MCS is protected under the Canadian Human Rights Act. 💚
