March 1st was our Self Love Medicine-Making Workshop, with a focus on our gut-brain-skin connection!

We learned & made OXYMELS, curated to each participants' health needs.

Introduced to 12 herbs supporting gut health, we explored flavor profiles & blending ratios for custom herbal teas!

I felt so ALIVE from the workshop's energy, and participants thirst for learning that I'm offering a Spring web-workshop for free!

He's also pretty cool (im biased) & passionately intelligent.

I'm busy cuddling him, a few dry jerky pieces for breakfast... because PRIORITIES! But on a serious note, many of you messaged me regarding the re-scheduled Workshop now happening March 1st, I will answer your questions, update the poster & Workshop offerings this afternoon!!

My little guy got his eye somewhat severely injured this afternoon!

He's overall okay. In pain, sleeping on the sheepskin by the fire, cuddling.... he will heal over the next 2 weeks.
Nothing can stop that adventurous dude! Not even an accidental branch whip from a friend ... we always get back up stronger!

I had to make the tough decision to reschedule to next saturday, march 1st!
