I spend a lot of time with people, allowing them to find an escape … a reset, a reason for themselves to disappear….

Lately I feel how do I teach my clients this if I don’t do it myself..

So I have taken some small steps in my own world to make an effort to treat myself good..

I don’t always have a Mel to go to ..
I have a Richard and he is wonderful for the nice shoulder rubs and foot rubs
But he ain’t me..
lol

What I mean by that is I give so much to each person, individually selflessly I commit to helping do gods work!!

I fall short sometimes doing more for myself, cause I have sooo much more to give to others…

I feel like I have a super power most days to love all ..

But in order to refuel my superpowers 🦸🏼 I have to fill my cup

So I love to share…

I love to share the things that put a smile on my face, a pep in my step and a little love in the soul
