Thank you so so much Forged florals for such a stunning arrangement for the wellness centre's entrance way. Susan Larder does magical floral designs by foraging in the forest and using all the amazing things mother nature has to offer. She even used a bird's nest with a tiny blue egg as well as made the bow out of bark! Artistic. Unique. Sustainable. Local. Perfect!

There is space available in the Monday evening 6:00 pm and Wednesday morning 9:30 am classes. Class sizes are being kept to a maximum of 9 students and for extra safety during Covid-19, those 9 students remain in class together for the month. There are no drop-ins at this time. Namaste

In studio yoga is resuming with our first class tomorrow at 9:00 am. There are outdoor and Zoom classes as well. Space is limited and no drop-ins allowed at this time. The Sign-up calendar and covid-19 policies in place for a safe return to classes are posted on the website. Namaste, Amy

There is a Zoom Slow Flow Yoga class this morning at 10:30. It is not too late to sign up!
Due to things changing so quickly and uncertainties around group classes, yoga will remain as OM at hOMe for the month of June via Zoom and YouTube.
For those excited to get back to in-person classes, just a little bit longer please :-) In July there will be outdoor yoga and in studio yoga as long as it remains safe to do so.

We are happy to announce the Art of Healing Wellness Centre in both Chester and Chester Basin will be reopening soon. After 2.5 months of being closed, that sure feels good to say!
It is important to know that Acupuncturists and Massage therapists are mandated to follow health and safety guidelines set out in our sector plans that each Association has had approved by the government. We are still awaiting approval of these documents and are not 100% sure what changes are going to have to be made for us to welcome the public back and give safe massage and acupuncture treatments.
Please be prepared for changes and be patient as we work our way through them. Here are some changes to expect: masks will have to be worn by the therapists and potentially clients too, hand washing or sanitizing as soon as a client comes in, social distancing whenever possible and contactless payment, health history & waiver forms if possible.
The doors will be gladly open just not thrown open!

We are so looking forward to seeing you and getting your bodies back on track :-)
Anyone who had an appointment booked between March 23rd and June 5th will be contacted next week to rebook. Anyone wanting an appointment, let us know and an appointment will be made as soon as possible.
