Well, it's a wrap. Hard to believe that our 10-day CFQ healing retreat in Penang, Malaysia is over. So much was shared and learned. I will never forget this experience that will continue with me when I arrive back home.

I was (along with my roomie and friend, Jess) fortunate enough to be given the responsibility of instructorship by Sifu. There is so much to process before I can fully appreciate the impact of it all.

Looking forward to coming home to share whatever I can.
