Self-care can be active, intentional, and deeply grounding.
In the guided sauna ritual, heat is used with purpose. Warm air is circulated, steam rises, and the body is invited into a deeper state of release. The ritual is led slowly, allowing heat to build in waves rather than overwhelm.
This is self-care through containment and trust. Guidance creates safety. Rhythm allows the body to let go.
