‼️ Celebrating TEN YEARS as an RMT ‼️

🙏 I am so grateful for a decade of learning, collaboration, and having the opportunity to grow my practice.

✨ It is such an honour to be trusted with your care. So many of you have shared your triumphs and sorrows as we work through the things you bring to the table, and I do not take this for granted.✨

I mark this milestone by returning to my roots - my practice thrives in two of my favourite places:

📍Downtown Halifax, where I lived for over 20 years, at Urban Retreat - the clinic where I first worked as a brand new grad, and
📍Chester, my hometown, at Posture Perfect

📣 I'm so excited to announce that starting next week I'll be seeing clients in this beautiful room in Chester at Posture Perfect Health ✨

I'll be there on Wednesdays for the next little while, and then 2-3 days a week in August and onwards - including some Saturdays!

I have moved my Halifax practice and I'm now seeing clients at Urban Retreat, located right downtown on Clyde Street.

Today is my first day but I actually worked here 10 years ago as a brand new grad!

It is very exciting to come full circle and be part of the Urban Retreat team again 💃

I am also continuing to see patients at Sensea Nordic Spa in Chester.
