To protect your back, warm up first, use a shovel that’s the right height, and lift with your legs, not your back. Keep the load small, avoid twisting, and take breaks often!

In the new year we will be welcoming Hilltop Health to our office. Shannon will be operating her business out of South Shore Chiropractic on a part time basis.

Shannon is a registered practitioner who focuses her practice on addressing the root causes of chronic pain, along with supporting mental health and reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and insomnia.

She specializes in multidisciplinary treatments combining acupuncture, cupping, and massage to get the best results during appointments.

Shannon's Offerings:

- Traditional Acupuncture - 60 mins
- Acupuncture + Cupping Massage - 90 mins
- Cupping Therapy Massage (no needles) - 30 mins
- Therapeutic Massage + Cupping Therapy (no needles) - 60 mins
