Alright, fit fam! Let's talk Thanksgiving vibes! 🍁🦃

You know what gets me pumped? The chance to hit pause and really soak in all the good stuff we've got going on. I mean, how often do we actually stop to appreciate the roof over our heads or those killer fall colors? 🍂

I used to rock a gratitude journal every morning, and let me tell you, it was like a shot of espresso for the soul! ☕️💖 Even on those "meh" days, finding something tiny to be thankful for can flip your mood faster than my kids can mess up a clean room! 😂

Here's the kicker - I've been meaning to get back into journaling AND meditating. Then BAM! 💥 Two of my buddies hit me up with challenges - one for gratitude journaling and one for meditating! Talk about a sign from the universe, right? You bet I jumped on that train! 🚂

Hey there, fellow mamas! Let's chat about dreams. You know, those wild ideas bouncing around in our heads about what we wanna be, do, or where we wanna explore. 🌟

Maybe these dreams hit you like a ton of bricks after having kiddos, or maybe you were already chasing 'em before the littles came along. Or... maybe you're like me, and some of those big dreams are simmering on the back burner for now.

Don't get me wrong - I'm not saying I don't think about my dreams. But some days, other stuff just takes the front seat, you know? And that's okay!

Now, don't misunderstand me when I say my dreams are on the back burner. Taking care of yourself should always be top priority - you gotta put your oxygen mask on first, right? But I'm talking about those BIG dreams - starting a new biz, landing that dream job, or jet-setting around the world.

Sure, you can do all that with kids, but sometimes it's just not happening... right now. And you know what? That's perfectly fine.

As I watch my little ones grow, I'm realizing something pretty cool - their dreams are becoming my dreams. Their hopes and wild ideas are lighting a fire under me. My dreams are still there, they're just riding shotgun for now. 💖

Hey fitness fam! Today, I'm not just talking about physical strength, but mental strength too. 💪🧠

Growing up, we all learned a mix of great, okay, and not-so-great things. But here's one lesson I'm dead set on teaching my three little girls: Your words shape your reality. 🗣️✨

When I hear "I can't do this" or "I'm not good at that," I'm quick to jump in. We change those thoughts together because, hey, you become what you think!

Our parents did their best, but our generation has the power to level up. It's our job to keep that positive change rolling. 🔄

Nothing beats the joy of hearing my girls say "I'm the best at this!" And you bet I'm not about to rain on that parade. They'll face enough negativity out there - I'm all about building that self-confidence fortress right here at home. 🏰❤️

Who says you need fancy equipment for a killer workout? 💪 Just give me a good set of stairs, and I'm set! 🏃‍♀️

Even with 2 torn ACLs and a couple of knee surgeries under my belt, I still can't resist the burn of a stair climb. Slow or fast, it doesn't matter - those steps always get my heart racing and lungs working overtime! 🔥

The 10-100 Workout: A Quick and Effective Fitness Challenge

The10-100 workout is all about pushing yourself through increasing repetitions of exercises. Here's how it works:
• Start with 10 reps of an exercise
• Then do 20 reps
• Keep increasing by 10 until you reach 100 reps
• Rest as needed between sets
You can choose any exercise you like, but here are some ideas that work well:
1. Jumping jacks
2.Squats
3. Push-ups (on knees is okay!)
4. Mountain climbers
5. Sit-ups or crunches
Why I Love This Workout:
•It's quick - perfect for squeezing in between mom duties
• You can do it anywhere - no fancy gym needed
• It's easily adjustable to your fitness level
• It's a great way to challenge yourself and see progress
Remember, listen to your body and modify as needed. Maybe you start with 10-50 and work your way up over time. The key is to keep moving and have fun with it!

Hey fitness friends! It's Workout Wednesday, and I've got a Tabata treat for you! 🔥

Ever tried Tabata? It's like a workout espresso shot - short, intense, and gets you buzzing! Here's the deal: 20 seconds of hard work, 10 seconds of rest. Do that 8 times. Sounds easy? Just wait and see! 😉

Today's Tabata menu:

1. Mountain Climbers (like running in place, but harder!) 2.
Squat Jumps (get that b***y working!) 3.
Push-ups (chest and arms, let's go!) 4.
High Knees (pretend the floor is lava!)

Do each move for 4 minutes Tabata-style. That's 16 minutes total. Trust me, you'll feel it!

Remember, form is queen here! I'd rather see you do 5 perfect push-ups than 20 sloppy ones. Your body will thank you later!

As a mom of 3 AND a massage therapist, I swear my laundry multiplies when I'm not looking! Just when I think I've conquered Mount Washmore, we're headed out of town and - surprise! - there's no washer where we're going. Because who wants to spend their vacation at a laundromat, right? 🏖️

I'm seriously considering telling the kids they'll have to give up wearing clothes. It's just too much work! 😂

Ladies, can we talk about something for a minute? 💭 Why is it that we women are often so quick to compare ourselves to others, even the very same women we admire?

I have this amazing friend/cousin who is the epitome of a creative supermom. She makes the coolest cakes for her kids' birthdays, plans fun date night themes with her hubby, and just has a knack for making any moment magical for her family. 🎂✨

Recently, she sent me a pic of her latest date night setup and I was blown away by how simple yet "wow" it was. I couldn't help but think, "Wow, I wish I was that creative!"

But then she turned it around on me, saying how she admires all the things I do too. We both kind of laughed, realizing we were envious of each other's strengths while downplaying our own!

The truth is, we're all rocking it in our own ways. God made us unique individuals with different gifts and talents for a reason. Just because I'm not the crafty mom doesn't make me any less amazing at all the other things I do.
