From their compassion and patience to the comfort and care they provide, our nurses go above and beyond in countless ways — often with a smile and a kind word exactly when it’s needed most.

Thank you to our amazing nursing team for your dedication, hard work, and the heart you bring to Lakeshore Manor each day. We appreciate everything you do and were so happy to celebrate YOU last week! 🌷👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️

Celebrating the amazing mothers, grandmothers, and special ladies of Lakeshore Manor this Mother’s Day 💐💖

Our residents were spoiled with beautiful flowers generously donated by a thoughtful member of our community, bringing so many smiles to everyone’s faces. We also enjoyed a lovely Mother’s Day tea filled with laughter, conversation, and delicious desserts generously donated by Safeway. 🍰☕

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make the day so special for our residents. Your kindness and generosity truly made Mother’s Day memorable at Lakeshore Manor. 💕

We had a wonderful visit yesterday at Lakeshore Manor as the Chestermere Historical Society joined us to present “Our Chestermere Lake Community.”

Residents were taken on a journey through time, learning how the beautiful community we know today was built around the lake. From its early beginnings to the growth of the area, the stories shared brought history to life and sparked great conversation among everyone.

It was a meaningful and engaging afternoon, connecting past and present right here at home. Thank you to the Chestermere Historical Society for sharing your knowledge and helping us celebrate the roots of our community! 💙

We wrapped up our April Healthy Aging program on a creative note with painted rocks! 🎨🪨

Residents had a wonderful time expressing themselves through color, design, and a little bit of imagination. From bright patterns to meaningful messages, each rock turned into a unique piece of art.

It’s been a fantastic month of creativity, connection, and fun. We’re so proud of the beautiful creations and even more grateful for the smiles and laughter shared along the way.

Who says the fun only happens Monday to Friday? 😊

At Lakeshore Manor, the good times roll all weekend long too! This past Saturday, we made the most of the gorgeous weather with a lively afternoon pub. Residents enjoyed great company, refreshing drinks, and plenty of laughter—it was the perfect way to kick-off the sunshine together.

Weekends here are just as vibrant, and we wouldn’t have it any other way! ☀️🍹

Creativity was in full bloom this April during our Healthy Aging program! 🌼

Our residents spent the day painting rocks, turning simple stones into beautiful works of art filled with color, personality, and inspiration, each piece was as unique as the artist behind it.

Activities like these aren’t just fun—they support creativity, relaxation, and connection, all important parts of healthy aging. And of course, there were plenty of smiles and laughter along the way!

We’re so proud of our talented residents and can’t wait to see where these little masterpieces will pop up next around our community. 🎨💛

We had such a special and heartwarming celebration today! 💕🎉

Our Care Coordinator Raman shared an exciting milestone with all of us — a gender reveal party surrounded by residents and staff. The room was filled with laughter, anticipation, and so much love as everyone joined in on the big moment…

The room was full of great conversation, questions, and plenty of shared learning—proving you’re never too old to learn something new!

🌸🐰 Easter Fun Was in Full Swing at Lakeshore Manor! 🐰🌸

What an incredible day we had celebrating Easter together! Our buffet was a hit—filled with delicious favourites, sweet treats, and plenty of happy chatter around the table. 🍽️✨

And the excitement kept rolling! After the feast, our Ladies Club brought the energy to shuffleboard with lots of laughter, friendly competition, and cheering all around! 🎯💃

Moments like these are what make Lakeshore Manor so special—full of joy, connection, and unforgettable memories. 💕🌷
