Join Heidi Riendeau and Bonnie Yoga with Bonnie Harvey on this relaxing, inward journey to stillness.

This 90-minute restorative yoga class is infused with Reiki touch, guided meditation, and the powerful healing energy of crystal bowl sound bath.

Let go of stagnant energy that can keep you on “repeat”. Give yourself the gift of time and let us do the rest! You will leave feeling restored, inspired and filled with love from our heart to yours. ❤️

Investment is $30/person. Just bring your yoga mat and water, dress comfortably in layers to adjust your own temperature. It is common to get hot and cold when we release energy. We have everything else you need.

Hula Hooping with from was so much fun last year, we are doing it again this year!! Hula Hooping is a full body, low-impact playful and challenging workout as well as being super fun! It’s similar to yoga in that it’s a very stimulating mind body activity!

Happy New Year Friends!! Planning mode is in full swing over at the Chestermere Lakeside Sleepover and tickets are officially on sale for July 8/9/2023!!

As this annual event has gained momentum each year, we have made the decision to limit ticket sales this year to 30 so we can maintain the intimate feel rather than get lost in the crowd. We are beyond excited to bring this incredible retreat to Chestermere again and really look forward to making more memories with you! We will post the teacher line up and events schedule soon, and as you know it gets better every year!
