Ask Permission:
Before cutting the branch of a tree or removing a flower, tell the spirit of the tree or plant what you are going to do, so that they can withdraw their energy from that place and not feel the cut so strong.

When you go to nature and want to take a stone that was in the river, ask the river keeper if he allows you to take one of his sacred stones.

If you have to climb a mountain or make a pilgrimage through the jungle, ask permission from the spirits and guardians of the place. It is very important that you communicate even if you do not feel, do not listen or do not see. Enter with respect to each place, since Nature listens to you, sees you and feels you.

Every movement you make in the microcosm generates a great impact on the macrocosm.

When you approach an animal, give thanks for the medicine it has for you.

Honor life in its many forms and be aware that each being is fulfilling its purpose, nothing was created to fill spaces, everything and everyone is here remembering our mission, remembering who we are and awakening from the sacred dream to return home.

Hey Chestermere (and surrounding area) friends: my friend Melanie with Melanie Lynn Beauty is coming over Weds (Mar 30) evening to do Spray Tans in my studio. She has room to offer to others.

Tans take about 20mins total/per person.
Options when it comes to darkness and adds…like golden shimmer, pearl shimmer, anti age/anti cellulite, dha additive for those wanting to add some glitter and goodness to their tan.
Comes with all things needed….disposable thongs,sticky feet, tan tent, etc…
There are 2 tans: one is ‘regular’ which is an 8hr rinse. The second is a 4hr rinse ‘rapid’ tan.
Regular tans are $30
Rapid tans are $40

Happy Monday, March is upon us, and we're starting to wake up from our long Winter slumber. We're getting ready with our 7 week Gentle Flow Yoga Session which starts up tonight. I have some wonderful workshops and special classes coming up, including Blessing, Cleansing & Clearing, Meditation and Reiki Experience Series, Intro to the Drum Journey, and Reiki Level 1 & 2 Certification Classes. Spring is fast approaching. I'm checking to see if there is any interest for my Cleansing, Blessing and Clearing Workshop? Sunday March 15th from 7-9pm.

Learn the traditional basics of the ancient art of smoke cleanse & smudging, and a variety of sacred plants used, respecting cultural teachings passed down to me. Blessing your home helps to establish positive energy, clear thinking, harmony of thoughts and emotions and enhances healing. You will take home practical knowledge and application to safely integrate this beautiful practice into your everyday life.

Cost would be $50 including the teachings, handouts, sampling a variety of Plant medicines, and a grounding meditation. I will also have kits available for purchase.
