Jonah is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CRMTA. She completed the 3,000-hour Advanced Massage Therapy program at Makami College and has a passion for helping clients relax, heal, and feel their best.

She specializes in relaxation massage, therapeutic, deep tissue, cupping therapy, hot stone, prenatal and postnatal care, as well as motor vehicle accident recovery. Each session is tailored to the client’s unique needs, using a variety of techniques to reduce and break down muscle adhesions, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilization.

11 Years of Gratitude - A Heartfelt Thank You

Today marks 11 years since I first opened the doors to Vantage Integrative Health + Wellness in Chestermere - and what a journey it has been. It’s hard to put into words the deep sense of gratitude and pride I feel as I look back on more than a decade of growth, connection, healing, and learning.

From the very beginning, this clinic was born out of a passion for holistic, patient-centered care - a space where individuals could come not just to be treated, but to be truly seen, heard, and supported. Over the years, we’ve grown, evolved, and weathered challenges - but the heart of Vantage has always remained the same: our people.

To our wonderful patients -thank you. Thank you for trusting us with your health, your stories, and your journeys. Whether you’ve been with us since the early days or just recently joined our community, your trust and loyalty have meant everything. It has been our greatest honor to walk beside you and your families, and we don’t take that privilege lightly.

To the incredible team members - past and present - who have stood by my side throughout the years: thank you for your dedication, your compassion, and your belief in our mission. Every practitioner, every support staff, every individual who walked through our doors to be part of the Vantage family has left a meaningful imprint. Please join in welcoming Harjot (Physiotherapist) to the Vantage team!!

Harjot grew up playing various sports including competitive soccer and dance. Her love for activity and movement is at the heart of her practice. She is passionate about helping others restore function and return to the activities they love. Harjot completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary before pursuing a Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta.

With practical training in pediatric development, outpatient orthopaedics, neurological rehabilitation, and acute care hospital settings, she brings a well-rounded and versatile perspective to treatment. She has extensive experience supporting individuals with complex musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain, athletic injuries, as well as those recovering from fractures and post-surgical procedures. Harjot takes pride in creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that incorporate hands-on manual therapy approaches in combination with movement and patient education. She wants her patients to feel supported and well-equipped with the knowledge, tools, and strategies they need to self-advocate and navigate their rehabilitation with confidence.

Dedicated to continually advancing her skills, Harjot is actively pursuing further professional development in dry needling and advanced orthopaedic manual therapy certifications, ensuring she can provide the most effective and up-to-date care for her patient.
