Weekly check-ins with your coach where we evaluate progress in your program, address any conc

erns, make any changes that need to be made and so much more. These check-ins can be via email OR phone call, depending on client preference. Each week you will be given self development exercises and support from your coach in order to help you reach your goals in a sustainable and healthy way.

This self isolation period has done something really amazing for me.

Prior to this pandemic, I was taking on the clientele of a full time Health Coach, but was also working every day at different jobs, sometimes six days a week (between different businesses). I justified it in saying that I was handling it just fine and that I wanted to get ahead.
On top of this I am putting myself through university classes for a Psychology degree πŸ™ƒπŸ˜‚
The pandemic has forced all of my jobs to shut down except health coaching. This is the career I have been actively pursuing for years, yet I have been scared to think of it as my β€œfull time gig” because it’s not a conventional job.
I’m not sure if I would have ever experienced this if the pandemic wouldn’t have happened. I would have continued on, working as much as I possibly could and feeling like I was spinning my wheels.
Turns out, when I have more time, I can focus on more clients and I actually LOVE my job that much more!
I would be lying if I said I didn’t want this isolation to end. But I’m really grateful for this valuable lesson that I have learned through all of this craziness. It was something I instinctively knew, but couldn’t seem to take action on until I was forced to✨

I am so beyond proud of this friend and client of mine who successfully completed a 12 week wellness program with me πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ’•βœ¨ here is what Meghan had to say about her experience,

My experience with Colby over the last 12 weeks has been extremely positive. I not only lost close to 20 lbs while gaining endurance and strength but built daily habits that have helped me to change my lifestyle and mindset about health going forward.

My biggest thing entering the program is that I wanted it to not just be a 12 week challenge but the start of a healthier lifestyle that I could continue with for years to come. Each week Colby worked with me to make realistic goals that fit what life responsibilites I had going on. Because let's be real, not every week is going to be a 6 workouts and perfect nutrition type week.
I can confidently say that I feel that I can make better conscious choices about my food and exercise while not missing out on anything in life or feeling restricted. I actually had a number of people say " your allowed to eat that on your plan" during the program and I would tell them that nothing was off limits as long as I properly balanced it with my choices during the rest of the week.
I loved how much the mental aspect of health was talked about as well. Some weeks my goals were just trying to reduce my stress levels and find some "me time" in the midst of a crazy week. This aspect of mental health coaching was really amazing and makes so much sense because really, if your brain is not happy and healthy does loosing weight/gaining muscle really matter?
Colby checked in with me multiple times a week throughout the process, updated my workouts and nutrition as the program progressed and always had new techniques or things to think about each week. For me the accountability is what I needed most and what finally made me see these results after years of slowly building less than ideal habits. I never felt judged or like I had to embellish my results for the week. Even on weeks where I did not meet my goals Colby was there with a positive attitude and a strategy to get back on track!
I am so thankful for this learning experience and cant wait to continue to progress with my physical and emotional health over the months and years to come πŸ’•

I always feel like a boss assssss bitch after I complete a TOUGH and sweaty workout πŸ’¦

I feel my most confident when I’m listening to my body and respecting what it wants and needs ✌🏽 🍎

You can’t change your life until you change your mind. Being ready to let go of those limiting thoughts that have always held you back is the key πŸ”‘

Regardless of what you have maybe always told yourself, you can actually do pretty much whatever it is you set your mind to. Learning to train your mind to be on your side, rather than fight you through the entire process, is a challenge that I help many clients overcome πŸ’­βœ¨

But you’ll have to work for it. You can’t just wish for things to change. You HAVE to take action πŸ€› πŸ’ͺ🏽

A healthy outside starts from the inside... SO true!

The quality of the nutrition you are feeding yourself is so important. Everyone is so focused on how they look, but the primary goal should be to f e e l good! Here is the kicker, weight loss and reaching a healthy weight for your body should not be hard. If it is, then maybe it's time to start looking inward to see if there could be something else going on.
When I work with clients, we focus on really improving the quality of food you are eating, but we also focus a lot on things such as meal frequency, nutrient timing, food combining (this is SO huge if you struggle with digestion), your daily exercise, and the quality of the thoughts that you are feeding yourself daily (yes this is just as important if not MORE important than your food!)

I have 3 more spots for one on one clients for my 12 week program starting in JANUARY, and I am also booking into January for those people interested in having a one time motivational session with me!
