In a world that rewards busy, yoga asks you to be still.

There is something quietly radical about giving yourself an hour to slow down. To breathe. To move at the pace your body actually needs. Whatever you are carrying into the studio with you today, you are allowed to put it down.

In a world that rewards busy, yoga asks you to be still.

There is something quietly radical about giving yourself an hour to slow down. To breathe. To move at the pace your body actually needs. Whatever you are carrying into the studio with you today, you are allowed to put it down.

Instructor Spotlight! Meet the fantastic Jacqueline✨️

1. What type of classes do you teach?
Yin/Restorative yoga mostly but love to add my own unique mobility & functional flow.

2. What's the best advice for someone nervous about trying your class?
My classes are kept very basic great place for first timers , I would love for you to try , then see how your body & mind feel. Also ask what there scared about ? Have a conversation to ease there minds and boost there confidence and encourage them to attend .

3. How do you rest/recharge when you're not teaching?
All things NATURE…..walks, hikes and gardening. Coffee & sunrise watcher! Bath salt soak & warm cup. Attending a nice yoga class.

4. Favourite post-workout meal or snack?
I love plain yogurt & frozen wild blueberries on top. Love making fruit salads & chia seed pudding that I prep each week!

5. One thing people would be surprised to know about you?
I play hockey & I’m a grandma of two !
