The Deep Reset: Integrated Stillness is a 2.5-hour multi-sensory wellness event on Sunday, April 19, 2026, from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at Harmony Health and Fitness in Chestermere, Alberta, organized by Soil & Soul Intrinsic Wellness. Participants will experience 9D Breathwork with binaural beats and solfeggio frequencies, a somatic sound bath using crystal singing bowls and gongs, plus Reiki energy integration to regulate the nervous system, release emotional tension, and cultivate deep clarity and peace.

What do you teach?
I teach Strength & HIIT, Circuit, and Walking Club. You may see me pop in here and there for Pilates Fusion and 20/20/20 classes.

What’s the best advice for someone nervous about trying your class?
For those that are new to my classes and/or are nervous to try them, just focus on how you feel. Feel the energy, feel your breath, feel your body. Don’t let fear stop you from coming. You may think my classes are hard, but if you tune into your mindset, keep your head down, and focus, you WILL get through. Pace yourself, break when you need to, and give me YOUR 100%.

How do you rest and recharge when you’re not teaching?
When I’m not teaching, I am sleeping. Period point blank. Your girl loves a good nap.

Favourite post-workout meal or snack?
My favourite post-workout meal is butter chicken and garlic naan. If I’ve already maxed out my credit card, then I’ll eat a ton of brioche buns from Costco.

One thing people would be surprised to know about you?
One thing that people might surprised about is that your girl was trained and started her career in aerial sports (pole dancing, silks, heel dancing and calisthenics). I found my passion in fitness through aerial, but then branched out to general fitness and personal training.

✨ Instructor Spotlight! Say hello to Amanda, the amazing Co-Owner of Harmony Health & Fitness. Alittle about Amanda below, trust us, you're going to want to read every word below.

What do you teach?
I teach Spin, Barre, Kickboxing, and Full Body Blast and I also work as a Personal Trainer. I love helping people build strength, confidence, and endurance in a way that feels empowering and sustainable.

What’s the best advice for someone nervous about trying your class?
You already did the hardest part you showed up. Everyone in the room is focused on their own workout, not judging anyone else. Move at your own pace, modify when you need to, and trust me you won’t regret it once you’re done.

How do you rest and recharge when you’re not teaching?
I recharge by spending quality time with my family, getting in my own workouts, and ending my day with a hot bubble bath. Balance is everything.

Favourite post-workout meal or snack?
My go to post-workout meal is a protein shake with rice cakes and peanut butter. And my favourite treat? Definitely ice cream. Balance always wins.

One thing people would be surprised to know about you?
I’m actually super shy , but have learned to step out of my comfort zone and I absolutely love to sleep!
