Teresa Graham, Craniosacral Therapist  and Holistic Practitioner Specializing in holistic health solutions for women since 1994 The majority of my clients through the past 30+ years have been women.

A Massage and Holistic Health Practitioner (in BC and Alberta) since 1994, I am passionate about delivering sessions that are individualized to helping with your current symptoms and moving towards the wellness goals that you have. Sessions can ease pain, reduce stress and encourage your mind, body and spirit to relax and reconnect, as they work together in moving you towards total wellness. That has driven my continuing education choices so that I can best meet the needs of women as they go through the changes that life brings.

​Advanced training in enhanced Craniosacral Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, Prenatal and Postnatal Massage, Yin Yoga teaching... are just some of the skills that I bring to your session. Honouring the different phases of your life journey and the physical, emotional and mental shifts along that path, have all been a part of an ongoing desire to learn and share.

New Learnings In Craniosacral Therapy ~ Use It Or Lose It
Tunnel Vision, Devices & Your Nervous System

In it's innate wisdom our body will begin to shut down those functions not being used, and direct those energies elsewhere in the body. You may experience it in the shortening of muscles from maintaining repetitive postures, such as sitting at a desk each day.

Adults, teens and kids are looking in 1 direction, often for extensive periods of time, looking at devices, computer screens, tvs and other devices... Peripheral vision, no longer needed, begins to lessen, as Tunnel vision moves to the forefront. Remember if we don't use it we lose it.

Peripheral vision detects motions and shapes at the edges of your view. It provides our human nature with a sense of safety and protection.

When peripheral vision is diminished your Nervous System spikes in alarm responses more easily, arousing fight/flight responses. Tunnel vision can throw off gross motor skills and cause imbalance in the vestibular system.

I think when we are asking the Universe for assistance, and if we took the time to go inside, we already know the answer...

At the completion of Level 2, the main instructor in the Advanced Craniosacral Therapy studies that I am currently taking, impressed upon us just how important it is to clients in their self-care between appointments, and the public in general. He stressed how essential it is to the that one has to assist another person's journey. With any therapies it is always the goal to encourage clients to reach a state of optimal wellness. Sharing knowledge is a key way to do that. I've paraphrased his words in the pics below...
