We are so excited to welcome Frankie to the team! Frankie is a certified Pedorthist whoâs offering custom orthotics, compression socks, and bracing. Direct billing available through Medavie Blue Cross for those with coverage.
What are Orthotics?
Orthotics are prescription medical devices worn inside your shoes to relieve aches and pains. They can assist with various foot conditions and diseases, including diabetes, plantar fasciitis, adult-acquired flatfoot, arthritis, and many other conditions.
What are Compression Socks?
Compression stockings are specially designed socks that apply pressure to your lower legs, helping to maintain blood flow and reduce discomfort and swelling. They may be prescribed for conditions that cause poor blood flow in your legs, such as varicose veins.
About Frankie
Originally from Chilliwack, B.C., Frankie completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley. Following her undergraduate studies, she pursued postgraduate education at the University of Western Ontario, where she earned distinction in her graduate program in lower limb orthopaedics. Passionate about health and wellness, Frankie is committed to making a meaningful impact on the lives of her patients.
